Intended agreement with Dent provides handover of all bound stocks and quires of 1/- editions at invoiced manufactured price; Dent will pulp or use for his own 1/- series; requests author forgo royalties on cash received from Dent for stock; lists approximate stocks: The Grey Man (569 bound, 2900 quires), The Lilac Sunbonnet (218 bound, no quires), The Raiders (no bound, no quires); would send quires immediately to Dent but continue selling bound copies until Dent's publication date with author getting usual royalties; Dent undertakes to print at least 20,000 of each volume; for Grey Man and Raiders author agrees to Unwin retaining 25% of proceeds from sale to Dent
